创造力一直被看作人类社会进步的动力之一。中国作为一个快速发展的国家参与者英文,近年来开始不断强调创新及创造力在教育中的重要性。而在英语教学领域首码项目,也有越来越多的研究开始关注创造力在英语教学中的体现和应用。本研究针对中国英语教师,探寻他们对于英语教学中的创造力有何想法与认知参与者英文,以及他们如何将创造力融入自己英语教学的经历和实践过程。
China, as a rapidly developing country, has joined the team that calls for creativity in education. This trend influences the ELT field as well. The importance of integrating creativity starts to receive more attention in English as Foreign Languages (EFL) teaching. In order to help English language teachers integrate creativity in teaching, the first step is to understand them better. What do Chinese EFL teachers know about creativity in English language teaching? What are their experiences and practices about creativity in English teaching?
About this research project: investigate Chinese English teachers’ cognition about creativity in English language teaching and their teaching practice in the classroom. It will contribute to future language teacher education in China by offering a better understanding of Chinese English teachers and creativity in English teaching.
