中级互助学习小组活动简介 v3
组织性质：
公益
组织者均是无偿为大家服务的志愿者，每次活动仅需给场地方交少量（10 -15元不等）的场地费。
互助学习小组（中级）成立的目的及其特点：
通过一系列学习类的活动，督促中等程度的英语学习者进一步提升水平，达到可以流利用英语来交流的能力。
互助学习小组活动强调 “互相督促、共同提高”，小组成员之间关系平等，每一个人既是学习者、又是主持人（轮流）。我们认为，做主持人的过程本身就是一个很好的英语学习过程，因为主持人要更用心地挑选、阅读学习材料。同时，轮流做主持人也可以很好地体现出 “人人为我、我为人人” 的公益精神，可以帮助公益组织完成 “内部造血”，从而达到 “自成长”。
与沙龙活动相比，学习小组更侧重于语言学习；由于语言学习不可能一蹴而就，我们要求学习小组成员承诺可以在一段相对较长的时间内坚持参加活动；此外为了获得更好的学习效果，要求学习小组成员不仅要参加现场活动，而且要根据 QQ 群内的学习资料提前准备、事后复习。
互助学习小组（中级）针对的对象：
中等水平的英语学习者，已经具备自学能力、但还不具备利用英语流利交流的能力。
互助学习小组（中级）对申请者的要求：
1. 有一定的英语基础，具备自学能力。
2. 有决心、有时间学习和参加活动，最好可以连续参加活动两个月以上的时间。
3. 按时完成每周的学习任务互联网项目，如果连续几次无法参加活动或完成学习任务，将被劝退。
4. 有网络电子设备，能及时上 QQ 等实时交流工具，交流学习问题。
互助学习小组（中级）活动形式：
1. 主持人：每期 1-2 位主持人，由小组成员轮流担任。由主持人选择适合英语学习的材料，撰写活动策划参与者英文，布置作业，并将相关文档提前上传至学习小组 QQ 群的群共享中，供小组成员学习和讨论。如果当期主持人临时有事，务必尽量提前告知组织者参与者英文，找好替补。
2. 学习材料：学习材料应配有音频或视频，题材适合英语学习。学习内容以实用为主，兼顾趣味性，既可以是英语培训类音视频，也可以是演讲类音视频、电视电影片段。学习材料选定之后，应提前上传到群共享。
3. 学习方式：任何可以激发学习兴趣、加深印象的学习方式都可以。比如阅读、演讲、角色饰演、纠音、讨论、做游戏等。
4. 辅导员：招募英语水准比较高的人，现场倾听参与者的发言，纠正参与者的语言错误，回答参与者的语言学习问题，并提出进一步提升的意见和建议。
