1、6月9日市场监管总局发布《中国反垄断执法年度报告（2022）》（以下简称“报告”），涉及各个行业、各个省市的反垄断执法工作。
2、将鼓励创新纳入立法目的，将强化竞争政策基础地位和公平竞争审查制度上升为法律规定。
3、报告提出充分发挥知网垄断案引导警示作用市场监管总局网络学院，加强对知网、万方、维普、超星等学术资源平台经营者的行政指导，全面规范行业竞争秩序市场监管总局网络学院，不得从事独家合作行为，加强学术交流和学术资源共享。
4、以公正监管促进公平竞争，支持平台企业在引领发展、创造就业、国际竞争中大显身手。
5、对不具有排除、限制竞争影响的集中行为及时予以无条件批准中创网，持续释放“绿灯”政策信号。
6、在民生重点领域也有数字经济、新业态监管出现，如共享单车。
7、聚焦损害人民群众利益、挤压中小企业发展活力等互联网平台领域垄断问题，依法查处垄断违法行为，促进互联网平台规范健康持续发展。
8、2023年反垄断执法更偏向民生领域。

[Digital Economy Regulation and Development]
1. On 9 June, the General Administration of Market Regulation released the Annual Report on China's Antitrust Enforcement (2022) (“the Report”), covering antitrust enforcement in various industries, provinces and cities.
2. Encouraging innovation was incorporated into the legislative purpose, and the basic status of competition policy and the fair competition review system were elevated to legal provisions.
3. The report proposes to give full play to the guiding and warning role of the Zhiwang monopoly case, strengthen the administrative guidance to operators of academic resource platforms such as Zhiwang, Wanfang, Vipshop and Super Star, comprehensively regulate the order of competition in the industry, refrain from engaging in exclusive cooperation practices, and strengthen academic exchanges and academic resource sharing.
4. Promote fair competition with impartial regulation, and support platform enterprises in leading development, creating employment and international competition.
5. The policy signal of “green light” will continue to be released by granting timely and unconditional approval to concentration practices that do not have the effect of excluding or restricting competition.
6. In the key areas of people's livelihood, there are also digital economy, new industry regulation, such as bicycle sharing.
7. Focusing on monopoly issues in the field of Internet platforms that harm the interests of the people and squeeze the vitality of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, monopoly violations are investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law to promote the standardized, healthy and sustainable development of Internet platforms.
8. 2023 anti-monopoly enforcement is more biased towards the livelihood sector.
