1. Tell me about yourself.
为了缓和气氛ice breaking，让candidate进入放松的状态，也让面试官初步了解你的个性，几乎所有的面试都会问到这个问题，所以几乎所有的candidate都会准备这个问题，但是给面试官留下深刻印象的candidate其实只有几个。大多数人会犯的错误是：提供的个人信息太多或者太少。

I have been in the customer service industry for the past five years. My most recent experience has been handling incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. 2. Why this job?
所有的公司都想雇佣真正热爱这份工作的员工，可以说这个问题的回答几乎决定了你这次面试是否能过关。在准备这个问题的时候，你也可以想一想how bad do you want this job? 大多数面试者会犯的错误是：这个工作可以带给我什么。
参考回答：
I understand that this is a company on the rise. As I’ve read on your website and in various press releases, you are planning to launch several new products in the coming months. I want be a part of this business as it grows, and I know my experience in product development would help your company as you roll out these products.
你需要在回答中透露你对这个职位和这个公司的深度了解：可能会遇到的挑战、具备的应对挑战的技能、你能为公司带来什么等等。不管你内心怎么想，面试的时候回答的重心永远都是“你能为公司做什么”而不是“你能从公司得到什么”。

3. Why this company?
面试官问这个问题并不是想考察你是不是这家公司的“万事通”，而是想看看你是否花了时间和精力了解这家公司，内心真的认同这家公司，这将决定你是否和公司文化匹配，说白了就是看你是不是和现在的员工是一类人。大多数面试者会犯的错误是：你们公司很有名气。

面试的时候没有必要采取跪舔的态度会计面试常见问题及答案，你应该“谦而不虚，狂而不妄”。出发点还是那样：你发现公司要做什么互联网项目，这个职位需要怎样的人，你可以为公司在这个职位上提供什么。这就是YOU attitude（不是your attitude），把对方/公司放在第一位的思考方式。

4. Why you?
如果你被问到这个问题会计面试常见问题及答案，说明你的面试官在challenge你，同时他/她也在给你一个机会让你展现自己的实力。面对这样的问题，你的回答和你的气场一样，都不能输。大多数面试者会犯的错误是：因为我非常努力。

From our conversations, it sounds as if you’re looking for someone to come in and take charge immediately. It also sounds like you are experiencing problems with some of your database systems. 5. Why are you leaving your present job?
所有的离职都事出有因，很多原因大家都可以理解，面试官这个问，很可能是他/她从你的简历或者个性面问答过程察觉到了一些异常，他/她想知道你的integrity是否真的没有问题，所以你对这个问题的回答是你的唯一补救。大多数面试者会犯的错误是：前老板/前团队氛围/前公司如何不好。
参考答案：
a) That might be a little harsh. I know that my former company is trying to do its best under the circumstances. I’m looking for a company that’s a better fit for me.
b) I believe I am better suited to work in an organization that has a strong commitment to mentoring and developing executives, where there is a strong sense of loyalty on both sides and a culture that fosters career development and growth.
c) I realize that there are some companies that are in highly intense growth mode, or have over-arching financial or business pressures and problems that can’t possibly foster this type of culture. While this is all well and good for some, I don’t want to work for the latter. It just does not feel like a good fit for me.
Never badmouth the boss or the company. 任何时候都不要说前公司或团队的坏话，你负面的回答只会让你在面试官的眼中显得“很难管理”。同样的处境，换套言辞，对前公司的运营模式表示理解，但是和你的价值观不太匹配，你期望的公司、团队是怎样的，你觉得现在面试的公司能做到更高一个层次。
